Bismi care started in 2023. It was created by Faisal Iqbal and Mamadou Bah. Faisal and Mamadou had worked together for over a decade, they both shared a passion to help people with learning disabilities and felt that they could make a positive change to individuals lives. they both feel strongly about supporting individuals in the right way with the right culture.

Understanding and Dynamic
Bismi care understands that everyone has their own preferences. Consultations and discussions around services and support that are needed take place. The team behind Bismi Care have been together a long time and they have worked across the range of healthcare services: Hospitals, Care Homes, Nursing homes, Supported Living to Councils and Youth Offending services. The experience behind the team is broad and they have the skills required the make the difference.

Supported Living
Bismi Care can provide support for you in your own home. We will support you with maintaining your tenancy, helping you with day to day life. We can support with finance, budgeting, getting to and from appointments, keeping you safe and supporting you with your feelings too. We support individuals holistically and believe that understanding individuals is best.
Learning Disabilities
The Bismi Care team understands that no 2 people with the same disability are the same. Our support for people with learning disabilities is based on individual evaluations and support plans, risk assessments and assessments with all stakeholders involved. We will source individuals who meet the Supported Living criteron and ensure that compatibility with existing tenants is at the forefront.
Positive Behaviour Support
The Bismi Care Team work with Positive Behaviour Support at the core of their working. Supporting individuals holistically and ensuring that they have a positive outcome is important. The team work towards this and ensure that the people they Support are given opportunities where they can achieve to their full potential.
Support throughout your needs
To meet needs, such as personal care, a variety of service users are served by Bismi Care's high-quality care and support services, which are CQC registered services. We create person-centered support plans and risk assessments that centre on the wishes and goals of the people we assist, and those who are close to them.

Mamadou has worked in the care sector for 15 years now. He has a lot of passion and drive to support individuals to achieve more. Mamadou is a strong leader and has the ability to support individuals in good and bad times. If something is making you sad, Mamadou will know how to put a smile on your face.
FAISAL IQBAL
Managing Director
Nominated Individual, Registered Manager and Safeguarding lead. Faisal has worked in the care sector from bottom to the top. Has been working in care for the past 15 years.
